When there is gas in the system, the gas will climb up the pipe and eventually gather at the highest point of the system. The exhaust valve is usually installed at the highest point of the system. When the gas enters the exhaust valve, the valve cavity gathers in the exhaust valve. In the upper part, as the gas in the valve increases, the pressure rises. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the gas will lower the water surface in the chamber, and the float will fall with the water level to open the exhaust port; after the gas is exhausted, the water level rises and the float Then rise and close the exhaust port. By the same token, when a negative pressure is generated in the system, the water surface in the valve chamber drops and the exhaust port opens. Since the external atmospheric pressure is greater than the system pressure at this time, the atmosphere enters the system through the exhaust port to prevent the danger of negative pressure. If the bonnet on the exhaust valve body is tightened, the exhaust valve stops venting. Normally, the bonnet should be open. The exhaust valve can also be used with the block valve to facilitate the maintenance of the exhaust valve.


1. The venting valve of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PPR and composite material. This material will not be deformed even after immersion in high-temperature water for a long time. Will not cause difficulty in buoy activity.

2. The pontoon lever is made of hard plastic. The connection between the lever and the pontoon and the support is connected by motion, so it will not cause rust during long-term operation, resulting in the system not working and water leakage.

3. The sealing end face of the lever is supported by a spring, which can be extended and contracted according to the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing performance without exhausting.

Installation: When installing the exhaust valve, it is best to install it with the block valve. When the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the system can be sealed and the water will not flow out. Low-density PP material, this material will not be deformed even after immersion in high-temperature water for a long time.

Operation method:

When the water injection starts in the tube, the plug stays in the open position and performs a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, water accumulates in the valve, the float is floated, the plug is driven to the closed position, and a large amount of exhaust is stopped. During normal transportation, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float ball descends. At this time, the air is discharged from the small hole. When the pump stops, the water in the tube is empty or a negative pressure is generated in the tube. At this time, the plug is quickly opened and air is sucked in to ensure that the pipeline is complete.
