• Kay started the business in 1999 and has worked with hundreds of clients in the successful process of buying and selling properties in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties both with Weichert and Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors. Ron joined her in the business in 2004 bringing over 38 years of experience as a leader in management and negotiations.
• During the past 11 years, Kay and Ron have utilized their extensive marketing, management and negotiation experience to successfully prepare, position and negotiate the best terms for sellers. Their extensive area market knowledge and tireless efforts in demonstrating the area to buyers has helped buyers select the perfect property for their needs. Kay and Ron are committed to teaching clients about what to expect in the real estate process.
